Our bagels are different
In a distinctly Sonoran design, we craft the dough with freshly milled Sonoran grain then allow it to naturally ferment using the same cultured leaven as Barrio Bread’s James Beard Award-winning loaves for a tight crumb and chewy texture. We never add sugar or oils. Our bagels are nutritionally dense with a low glycemic index for those who want a flavorful and chewy bagel but with the natural sustenance of a whole food.
